Birthday Parties
Celebrate your child's birthday at the Arden! Choose a themed party with gift bags and activities or have your whole group see a Children's Theatre production on stage. Arden's staff and teaching artists can work with you to create a custom party perfect for your child!
Each birthday child receives a ‘I celebrated my birthday party at the Arden Theatre Co.’ souvenir and a free ticket (with the purchase of an adult ticket) for an Arden Children’s Theatre production.

- PIRATE PARTY - includes face painting!
Each child will go home with an Arden gift bag which includes a Peter Pan pirate ship pin and an eye patch.
Older Kids - An Arden Teaching Artist will facilitate reading and acting out parts of the Peter Pan script using Arden costumes and props!
Younger Kids - An Arden Teaching Artist will facilitate reading and acting out of the beloved children’s book, How I Became A Pirate using Arden costumes and props!
- IF YOU GIVE A MOUSE A COOKIE PARTY – includes a make your own cookie bar!
Each child will go home with an Arden gift bag which includes an If You Give A Mouse a Cookie pin! An Arden Teaching Artist will facilitate reading and acting out of the beloved If You Give A Mouse a Cookie using Arden costumes and props!
Want to learn an If You Give A Mouse a Cookie song? Ask for a Musical Theatre Class.
- JAMES and the GIANT PEACH PARTY – includes making insect crafts, just like the insects in the popular children’s book!
Each child leaves with an Arden gift bag which includes a copy of the James and the Giant Peach book. An Arden Teaching Artist will facilitate reading and acting out a scene from James and the Giant Peach using costumes and props.
- A YEAR WITH FROG AND TOAD – each child makes and leaves with their own kite!
Arden gift bags for each kid includes a cookie and a copy of the book A Year With Frog and Toad. An Arden Teaching Artist will facilitate reading and acting out a scene from the beloved book, A Year With Frog and Toad.
Want to learn a song from the Arden’s production of A Year With Frog and Toad? Ask for a Musical Theatre Class.
- BIRTHDAY DANCE PARTY
Learn choreography to some of your favorite dance songs. Every child gets an Arden gift bag complete with Arden souvenirs and bottled water. The birthday child leaves with a mix cd of the songs danced to and other children get a link to the iTunes playlist.
- SEE AN ARDEN SHOW – Create your own party around Charlotte's Web or Robin Hood!
Want to come see an Arden show for your birthday? Purchase group tickets and rent our Independence Foundation Studio by the hour to sing Happy Birthday! Add on a class in STORYTELLING, ACTING or COSTUME DESIGN and PUPPET MAKING. And add show specific gift bags for your guests.
